Question formatting required likes/thanks text

If I wanted to apply some styling to the phrase for required likes/thanks to see a post, where could I do that besides adding bbcodes to the phrase itself?

You would need to either use BBCode or HTML (I'm not entirely sure, but I think BBCode is the correct option, if not then try HTML) to the phrases themselves.

Editing files are not really supported, as the edits would be overwritten. If you must, the file is /dbtech/thanks/includes/class_postbit.php
