Extending the shoutbox PRO out

How do I extend the shout box all the way to my forum size screen like what I see here?

If you mean move the input bar location, that's done in the Settings link under vBShout in the AdminCP Menu. Then go to Shoutbox Settings and you can select Input Area Location there.

I saw the height extending option but not the width?

The width is 100%, so the only thing you can do to increase the width is to move the Shout Input Area to the bottom or to the top.
