Bug error when installing

im getting this eror while installing it XML Error: Not well-formed (invalid token) at Line 1

That error usually indicates a bad file. Try redownloading / reuploading the files

vBoptimise it wont install and has an extra xml file in there i dont know what to do about it

ok their is two xml files in the zip, one is for vb 3.x and one is for 4.x make sure you are trying to import the one that says [DBTech] vB Optimise Pro vB4

no thres one is named product-dbtech_downloads_vbcredit and the other is the two files 4.x.x and the 8.x.x

product-dbtech_downloads_vbcredit is for vBcredits not vB Optimise

That's the integration file for vBCredit and vBDownloads.

I'd redownload the file again just in case.
