Bug Download delay loops and doesn't start download

I set a download delay of 30seconds on the regular member group. The delay counts to to zero then refreshes the page and starts the countdown again without starting the download.

I'm unable to replicate this issue.

Please provide me with an FTP account and an account with a download delay added so I can investigate this issue on your site.

This is occuring in IE8 and 9 on windows7 64bit

This is actually a bug in Internet Explorer, but I've worked around it for Beta 3.

Internet Explorer has a very overzealous cache in order to fake being really fast, which means even dynamic content is cached when you refresh a page. This makes literally 0 sense, but hey, when does IE ever make sense?


PS: Could you please start filling out the "Browser" field in the issue tracker when you're reporting browser specific issues? If you're encountering an issue, try testing it in another browser. If it works fine in the other browser, report what browser it isn't working in. That way we both save time as I can immediately test things in the browser it's not working in, and you get the fix quicker
