We have already bought a couple of mods, but I don't think we are using them to their full ability. I was wondering if maybe I could donate to dragonbyte, or pay someone that knows this software inside and out to integrate it with our VB4 software?

I have a pretty clear vision of what I want, and I believe the mods are capable of it, just not sure how to get from here to there if you know what I mean.

Looking forward to your response.

We do offer installation of our mods but configuration is left up to the site owner per say. Which mods do you have, I am not showing any purchases under your username? Also what is the site, maybe if it is allowed one of he devs could help you out somehow.

The purchases would have been made through our main IT guy (I am unsure of his username here). The board name is www.riverdavesplace.com so far we have purchased the gallery, forms. As we get them installed and dialed in I plan on buying purchasing more of the products as a few more are relevant to the board. My IT guy is working on the installs, but for the usage I have planned for the "forms" I think it would be beneficial to have someone from DB on board.. As well I'm not sure if the gallery can do what I would like it to do?

Is it possible to get someone on the phone or skype to ask a few questions? Or does all communication have to be through the forum here?

All communication would be handled through the forum. I would have the user who purchased the licenses log on his account and ask questions related to functionality in the pro support forums for the respective mods.

It can not be handled in the lite support forums because saying things in there that relate to the pro version would confuse lite users or give then in site on how a pro feature may work and try to replicate the functionality on their site, thus eliminating the need for a pro version.

No problem at all. He is kind of slammed with other projects at the moment, but I'll see if either he can log on or give me the username / pw and ask myself.

Ozzy, I got the name and PW from my IT guy. Feel free to move this discussion where you feel appropriate and we can continue on from there. :)

Actually the best way to go about it is post your concerns for each mod in their respective pro support forums.
