Bug Database error

Did I miss configure something?


Database error in vBulletin 4.1.12:

Invalid SQL:
UPDATE vb_user SET membergroupids = 22 WHERE userid = '4150' AND user.membergroupids NOT LIKE '%22%';

I think I see the problem, were you allowing unregistered users to be able to donate?

Usergroups Allowed Anonymous Contributions & Usergroups Allowed Undisclosed Contributions
(COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation
Account Suspended
Unregistered / Not Logged In
Users Awaiting Email Confirmation


Under: DragonByte Tech: vBDonate - General Settings

Those same groups are checked under: Usergroups Not Allowed

OK what about in DragonByte Tech: vBDonate - Change Usergroup Settings / Usergroups Not Allowed To Change Groups and Usergroups Not Allowed To Add Groups

Yes they are checked there.

Hmmm, have you had other users contribute and have their groups changed or added successfully?

Yes, there were 2 donations just prior to the error and nothing mentionable other then it worked as it should.

Well I am at a loss, I would call this a hiccup for now and just ignore it, without a reliable way to reproduce the issue I can't fix it. If you see it happen again, try to find out as much info as you can from the contributor at the time he made the contribution.
