Ok I'll explain.

They made me this plugin "SOS Debiti" serves to handle request for quotes, you enable view photo 2.
If active them both you see only "Sos debiti" view photo 4.
Help me please.

That is most likely due to faulty coding of your Sos Debiti plugin. Contact the author for assistance.
