Changing the location of the text box

After about 5 hours of 'fun' we managed to get the lite version install to test it out (whatever columns it added to the database killed us)

Now how do I go about customizing where the text box etc? Is it editing a template or can it be done within the program. I had a quick look about, but I haven't had time to really go wild with it at the moment.

That's fair enough. I will have a good test with it later on and see how we feel about it.

We currently have an inferno and cyb chatbox setup (cyb for a mod box), so vBShout would replace this with it's tabbed chat rooms etc, but I'd like to see how it runs on our site as we have 300k users and the shoutbox does get pretty busy.

Where is it that you set the refresh rate etc?

If anyone of the development team are available to talk to me about vBShout and some of your other products, that would be good.

You set refresh rate in the vBulletin Options
