Ok, I'm marking this as a bug because I have an error line I can show you. I've been getting some crazy server load over the last day, with plenty of spikes before that, and I'm not sure why. I only have two hints: (1) When I managed to flush my cache yesterday the load went back to normal for about an hour, and (2) When one of my users tried to post he got this error:
Now, I know I have XCache installed and it has been running correctly for a long time. We covered the vbseo caching a while back, but as far as I can tell it only caches its own custom links, not pages, and the tables are correctly set up not to interfere.
So I want to know... what can I do to track down what is going on? Also, is it a bug with vbO or something server side?
