Question add plugin stopped and waiting...

hello,

i have me forum compled new install. install is the version VB 4.2.0 PL3, the forum have no errors and running.

when i will install the newest version from arcade, the system add in plugin, stopped after Add-on import product-dbtech_vbarcade.xml

the system say, i must change the .htaccess before importing. have this make.

then stopped the import, system say "please wait"........ wait long time..... but no xml. import.

can you me help?

Was the browser still loading the page or did it say "Done" in the status bar?
