Bug 404 error handling

Hi

I'm having issues with the 404 error handling in DBSEO.

In the general settings I currently have the error handling to use a custom script which essentially just 301 redirects the user to the forum homepage.

This appears to work fine, however we have canonical urls with a .html extension that our google sitemap uses. If a thread is soft deleted and you hit the canonical url for the thread the standard vBulletin 404 is rendered rather than hitting the 301 custom redirect script.

Any ideas on a fix?

This is working as intended. DBSEO does not modify the original "Invalid thread specified" page in vBulletin (other than sending a different HTTP code other than 200 OK), and it's not intended to.
