Bug Zip Upload Not Work

Zip Upload Not Working,Get Error message(Error: true),what is this issue and how to fix on this?

This will happen if your PHP installation does not have enough memory to read the entire contents of the file. You need at least twice the amount of memory available to PHP as the biggest file you want to upload.

Here my server details,RAR File upload working but why no work ZIP File,where i can set enough memory?

Server Type: Linux
Web Server:Apache v2.2.23
PHP: 5.3.20
PHP Max Post Size: 60.00 MB
PHP Maximum Upload Size: 500.00 MB
MySQL Version: 5.1.68-cll
MySQL Packet Size: 70.00 MB

Try upping the max_post_size in php.ini to the same as the max_upload_size.
