Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.

after that when i open my forum they giving page not found

when i check forum in another browser they are going good
but old browser blocked for 2 hours

This is most likely due to a cache system like CloudFlare. Are you running such a cache on your site?

i dont know but all user has facing this problem

and my 2nd forum is running good user tag working good

This is a server issue, not an issue in this mod. You may need to contact your host.
