Bug VBshout Archive not being logged.

For some reason, the archive data from the Default Chat Instance stopped working from the 16th of April.

During this time there were a lot of shouts made, but none of them show up in the archive.

Tried it with new Instance and Archive works for new instance.

Also, last evening we did try out a private chat, archiving worked. Today I try to look at the archive logs and I don't see any of those shouts anymore. The last logged shout seems to be on 16th Apr 2011 14:01.

This is after we tick the box against shout filter and click on Search.

User Tags and other notifications seem to be archiving without an issue.

I'm not sure I understand the problem - you're saying shouts show up in the main shoutbox but not in the archive?

They use the exact same query to fetch shouts so I don't see how that could be possible...

Yes, shouts show up in the shoutbox (global chat actually), but not in the archive.

Actually we have renamed a tab to Global Chat where users just chat. Archiving worked till the 16th of April. This problem has been cropping up only since the 16th.

We use the Global Chat tab to chat while the shoutbox displays other forum related stuff.

I've been unable to confirm this on any of my testing environments
