VBDonate Pro issue

When I upgraded to the Pro version I lost the previous site donators so today I was going to add them back.
I was unable to find a area to do this.
So I thought I would download the file, make some adjustments and import it back.
Much to my surprise it says the Mod is not installed on my forum.
I also had problems with the banners displaying that was fixed.
I am lost at this point.

I hope I have done things correctly this time.
