Bug users IP getting blocked due to SB as per the Hosting

Recently I am facing so many troubles from hosting company. Few days back my website/forum was totally down. Latest it started working. Now many of my users (including me) IP is getting blocked very often. I have to complain to hosting and then they will unblock. As its happening pretty often so we had bitter conversation with the Hosting company. They clearly told me that because of ShoutBox its happening. They told me to check the attached image where you are showing me URL column from the attached image which I am not understanding anything.

I really need your support on this.

Did they specify why the users were being blocked?

They told there must be some problem in shoutbox scripting. Also they suggested to disable the shoutbox and try it out for few days. Confidently they are saying there will not be any IP block issue when SB is disabled.

Saying problem in shoutbox scripting does not help us, their has to be a reason the ip is being blocked by your host. They need to provide you with the reason, IE: to many connections, or something like that.

Oh yah I remember they did mention something like too many connection/request coming from SB.

What that means is the shoutbox uses more server resources than your host is willing to give you - this is a scam a lot of "unlimited" hosting accounts pull. They promise you unlimited space/bandwidth etc but put "hidden" limits to make it impossible for you to actually use it - limits like banning users.

It's not something we can do anything about, it's down to your host and their policies =(
