Bug Usergroups aren't being added to user account when purchased

What the title says. Just didn't add the secondary usergroup. It's listed in my inventory as a purchased item, etc.

I've been unable to confirm this, it adds the secondary usergroup just fine for me.

EDIT: Upon inspecting your items it seems like you've set them to be "Only Giftable" - which means they will never affect your own usergroups. It seems like such items are still showing up as Active though, which I will fix for Beta 2

Ahh makes sense. The other thing I was thinking it might be is that I've locked my user account down and it shouldn't be editable. Which would also make sense depending on how you're going about editing the user accounts. You can close this I suppose =)
