Question Shout W3C validator errors

can someone take a look at this and tell me how i solve them

I know its not a serious problem but it would be nice to get these errors fixed ... theres 9 on the site

and there all shout errors.. link to page .. thanks

It is not possible to fix them, sorry.

vBShout v6 uses "data attributes" which are HTML5 only, yet vBulletin does not declare itself as HTML5 due to needing to maintain compatibility with older browsers.

In addition, the resource saving features of vBShout includes having templates pre-prepared via JS, but this causes validation errors because the validator doesn't understand that it's inside a JS statement.
