Bug Shoubox not working in 4.1.4

Shoutbox is not working in vb 4.1.4 keeps saying loading but never does. And the shoutbox is funky looking

From the looks of things you have a 1 year license that is still valid - you just go to your customer area and download, then re-upload the files =)

I couldn't get it to work says missing path. where do I go on here to pay for you guys to do it?

Ok i filled it out. I used the vbshout install I dint see vbshoutpro install hope that is ok
