Question Shop not being able to load correctly for a few members

Hi there.

I am able to load the shop fine and able to user a username change item fine.
Unfortunately a few of my members claim that they couldn't finish loading the shop. They could not access items and such.
Others would say that they cannot use the username change item at all.


What kind of programs or modifications is needed to run the vBShop smoothly?
I mean, does it use javascript or something else?

It does indeed require JS, so if they have this turned off in their browsers they will be unable to use the vBShop properly.
