Bug Screenshots and Thumbnails not showing

Some old files aren't displaying thumbnails or screenshots. Where the thumbnail and screenshot should be is just a white box. I have the settings for images sizes set correctly to accommodate the images.

Please attempt to edit their downloads and check if the "Is Screenshot" box is ticked for files that should be screenshots. It's possible that the old display was corrupted and could not be updated successfully.

The old storage format was wildly inconsistent, and as such it's sadly possible that some of these unfixable issues have cropped up. The only way to correct them is to manually correct them

I have tried uploading new images to several files and have screenshot ticked. It gives odd results. Sometimes the images are added. Other times there is a transparent box (you can mouse hover and get the file name), on clicking it opens a new tab and displays nothing.

What browser are you using?

This occurs in Chrome and IE8 and 9

I've tested this in all those browsers and I'm not able to replicate any of these display issues.

I'll await the access details requested in one of the other threads and look into this at the same time

I cleared the cache and now the images are displaying correctly
