That may go outside the scope of the mod, this mod is to ban users from reporting, not change the way reports are made.

could you please let me know,Can you example what the Difference with [USML] Advanced Post Reporting Options and your Mod?

Main difference I can see, is with that mod, as long as you know the url to report the post, you still can do so. With mine, if you know the url to report the post, you still can't, you get the no permission message.
