Question Problem purchasing credits

when attempting to purchase credits with the built in system I will choose purchase on the drop down menu, enter the amount of credits I wish to purchase, and where it says it will show the amount the user will receive nothing changes, if i click to continue, a blank box pops up with just an "ok" button.

solution?

Do you have 1) a payment processor set up 2) some pricing conversions set up and 3) the Purchase event set up?

Sounds like only the last one is there, but it has no pricing or processors to work from.

Paypal is setup, as well as the pricing and event.
so, I dont believe thats the problem, ill play around with the settings in all three see if I missed something.
