How does Private & password protection work & what is the flow it works . we see its not working if they are in same group & also allow anyone to download file even if its protected with password

We discovered that the original coder (David) did not have serviceable code for this function in the mod, so it will have to be coded & added from scratch unfortunately. This could take up to a couple of weeks.
