Privacy Option for members to not let their personal posts show up in notifications?

I'm not even sure if that's feasibly possible without a lot of code-work. But I have one or two of my members that don't want their recent posts showing up in the notifications for other people, but they still want to see notifications. They are trying to hide, and then someone sees them posting on the forum and they get caught. XD

I'm not so sure about this feature... The whole point is to alert others, and if they are hiding then they shouldn't be posting either should they
