I suspect the caching is messed up or something with the newest version of vbShout, because any time I try to repair the cache in vbShout, clear the cache in vbOptimise, or save new settings in vbShout it seems to randomly reset my settings. What is odd is that sometimes after the settings appear to be reset is that they (sometimes) show up properly on the site.

...and while I have your attention, I have a request: The ability to tie a shoutbox instance to a specific page or forum/sub-forum. I'd like to make my staff Shoutbox only appear in the staff-only forum.

If vbO is disabled, I save a setting and then press repair cache it still resets everything back to how it was before I changed the setting. Just tried it now with editing an instance.

I'll have to try that later today, since I'm at work now and can't unlock the settings file to let me turn vbSEO's caching off.

Generally speaking it's a bad idea to have two cache systems running - I have no experience with vBSEO's caching so I don't know how diligent they are with flushing it when you make datastore changes...

Sorry, didn't have time to do any of this and I'm leaving on a vacation in a few hours. I'll get back to you once I come back, in a week or so. Also, I think vbSEO's caching is just for its own stuff, and isn't supposed to overlap with anything vbulletin does... so I assume it shouldn't overlap with you either.
