Bug PM sent to user during registration

If you have send Welcome Private Message enabled in acp, and it post's the notification in shout, it shows up like this:

[09:10 PM]

Ozzy47[PM to DeldPyncDelty]:I just sent you a forum PM: Welcome to My Friends Space

If you have Forum Milestones set in Instance Management, and the pm notices reaches the required mark it posts the notification like this:

*

has reached 700 shouts!* @ [09:10 PM]

So this I would assume is the default for system messages, but should it not show it as:

*

Ozzy47 has reached 700 shouts!* @ [09:10 PM]

Potentially hotfixed, re-download then set the milestone for shouts to 1 and create a test user in the admincp and let's see what happens

I do believe that did it.
