Phrase Manager

I set a forum to require 2 credits for viewing a thread.
As expected, a guest sees a failure message: "Sorry, you need 2 Credits to do this View"

I was a little surprised to see that this doesn't fall under the vbulletin 'phrase manager'
It might make the product a little more convenient to modify if more details are editable within the phrase manager.

Full phrasability is an ongoing project with vbcreditsII, when asked the majority of our customers supported new features being the priority over full phrasing, and so we have been spending our time there in accordance with their wishes - it is on the to do list though =)

That phrase does exist, however it is currently assembled, so the grammar is kind of funky as it injects the action name which is sometimes a noun and sometimes a verb :-/ I might give each one its own phrase, we shall see.
