Bug Notification system conflict

Basically the notification lights up orange when there are new notifications.

.toplinks ul.isuser .notifications a.popupctrl:link {color:#ff9023!important;}

I am having some issues currently, basically when I go edit notification settings such as the dbtech tag/like system settings the notification no longer glows orange anymore
This has been successfully tested on FF,Chrome & IE.
The only way to fix this issue is to completely clear your browser cache & cookies.
Is there a way around this to get this fixed?

That's not really a bug in this mod, we don't control the CSS that vBulletin applies to the notification bar, sorry

Ok Fillip H., this is not a bug, user stupidity error!
Had to make few tweaks in Additional.css.
