If i go to member profile page, Its show me Mentions or Post Thanks / Like Tab , Why Not Open vb default Tab ?

This is not an issue I am able to replicate outside of your site. You may have a modification installed that modifies this behaviour. If it was DBSEO at fault, you'd see ?tab=xxx in the URL as vBulletin is unable to use any other tab as default unless that exists in the URL.

Please Now check , I have disabled DBSEO , Now no issue about member profile TAB, When you are check done and please give me info i will enable DBSEO.

Have you tried flushing the cache in DBSEO?
