Bug Loading... Vbulletin 4.1

Hi all, I suspect I already know the answer to this question.

I have recently upgraded to vbulletin 4.1.4. I have Pro shoutbox license.

The shoutbox now has a severe delay and when first loaded comes up with just the "Loading" message up until the point you type something, then then chat will appear.

Is this a common problem? and Do I just update to the latest Shout version?

Sadly I cannot advise you on this issue because I don't know what version of the Shoutbox you are running. Could you please edit the issue and enter the correct product version? Thanks

Please try updating to the latest version, 5.4.4 PL2

Yeah, as Bel said, you need to upgrade to the latest version to get it to work right with 4.1.4. I had the same issue, but the latest version works just fine.

Is all I keep seeing. I have completely uninstalled and re-installed and still no luck. Any ideas?
