Question Items display in postbit.

Is there a way to select which item icons do and do not display in the postbit? I really have no need an icon displayed everytime someone changes their username for example. I'm aiming for icons for gifts and the like being displayed. If it's not a current option, I think it would be somewhat useful.

Not per item in the AdminCP, but users can do that via their Inventory screen
