How I can Center Postbit tabs in postbit in posts & user profile?

Postbit Tabs doesn't appear in user profiles

Try opening dbtech_postbittabs_postbit and change

<div style="width:100%">

to

<div style="width:100%" align="center">

If that doesn't work then unfortunately I don't know, you'll need to play around with CSS in that template. Customisations like these are sadly not something we're able to spend extensive amount of time helping with
