How do I update credits?

Hi,

I have tried this several t imes and cannot figure it out.

I want to update my users to have credits for the old threads.

I add an event for Threads (all forums/all usergroups - 5 points per thread)

I go to User manager and try to update for Thread (Calculate events set to yes) then when i try to update the counters nothing happens. It says processing and once out of every 4 or 5 times it will finissh but every time my credits are still at 0 for all users.

I have tried this for posts and reputatiion as well and keep getting hanging pages or extremely slow loading pages.

I must be doing something wrong (some documentation on how to do this would be nice tbh)
