Question How do I replicate the settings used here on DBTech?

What is the code used on BDTech's site?

I just have the default settings on VBNotify, and I don't have any of the popup notifications like they are here.
Looked at the default enabled notifications and the descriptions aren't for quotes, or PM's (like they are here).

Is there a guide or a posting (didn't see one) to replicate how it's setup here?
Not trying to do anything fancy = what's setup on this site is perfection.
