Question How Can I Change "Post Thanks / Likes" to "Post Thanks"

I have decided to only keep thanks within my forum and so if its possible I would like to at least change the phrase in the title "Post Thanks / Likes" to just "Post Thanks," where would I be able to do so? Thanks for the support!

Try searching for the text in the Phrase Manager

I did the same Admin CP > Language & Phrases > Search In Phrases > Then in "Find and replace in languages" Type "Post Thanks / Likes" in the search box and "Post Thanks" in the replace box
