Bug Extra entries in the live wall

Seem to be randomly getting lots of reviews and replies appearing in my live wall area, have attached a screenshot to explain.

Sorry about the problem. Does it do this on the live feed tab as well or just on the sideblock? That is a forum sideblock right? Hard to tell.
I'll tag Fillip H. as maybe he could give some input on it as well.

only noticed it on the sideblock, not looked on the livewall itself, they dissapear after a refresh though..

Hi Glen,
I'm trying to track down the problem. I can't reproduce it though. This same kind of thing happened to me when I first released the gallery a while ago but it just went away and I never found out what caused it. I'll work with Fillip H. and see if he can find the issue as I don't see a problem in the code.
