Legacy Enhanced Create Conversation Options

First let me say thanks for implementing the ability to make a thread from a conversation. I believe I was one of the people requesting this feature.

If I can ask for a little more in the future...it would be nice when creating a thread to be able to:

1. Put a custom title on it
2. Be able to create it in any forum which the user has permissions
3. Assign permissions to create threads to certain user groups

I'm glad to see this feature come to light. Just a little more work and I think you really have a neat feature for sites with active chats.

A few other enhancement thoughts...

I think it would be good to have the option of including a first post (right now the first post automatically that mentions the shout ids). A prompt that says would you like to add a first post, and then an editor box comes up allowing one to enter the customized first post. Otherwise if no "add a first post option" is selected the first post would become the oldest chat in the selected archives. The way it is currently, the first post cannot be removed without deleting the entire thread.

As part of this you would also be able to specify the title and forum to post (keeping forum permissions in mind).
