Display new thread info in one color

Currently when someone hits the post count and a message is placed into the shoutbox, it's placed in the same colors that user has set for themselves to chat with.

I'd like this (and any system messages really) to be uniform in their display. Basically settings in the AdminCP that define how these are displayed.
