Bug Database error when i add a new list

When i try to add a new list i get the following database error:

Database error in vBulletin 4.1.11:

That has already been fixed, please try re-downloading and re-uploading the files

I didn't see the fix, even though i did a search on Threadbit.

Must have been the alcohol clouding my mind...
