Bug Cant Get Shoutbox To Show Up

so i just uploaded a new theme and now i cant get any of my plugins to show up so i reinstalled the shoutbox thinking it will make it show up on my new theme but it didint any help?

Please ensure your custom style has the {vb:raw ad_location.global_below_navbar} in its navbar template

it does not so where should i place it

You can click "Show Default" to see an unmodified version of the template and find its location there

ok thank you it works now but how do i get the rest of my plugins to move over to my new theme

Sorry, I don't know

If your new theme has removed hook locations that plugins utilise, I'd suggest getting in touch with the person who created the theme and ask him to put the template and ad hooks back in the theme

Won't help, the person who created his theme removed the code plugins use to insert themselves into the template, that's what needs to be fixed
