Just wonder,
In "Security Settings: vBOptions" under "Banned Email Addresses" should it auto populate with the emails that are listed under "Settings>Options>User Banning Options" like the banned IPs do?
If so, it is not working, in Security Settings: vBOptions the Banned Email Address field is empty, while in User Banning Options I have 50+ listed.
