I didnt want to put this as a bug because maybe Im missing something but within the Instance management I have it checked to where unregistered/not logged in can view shoutbox as well as "can shout" but when I log out of my forum to test this, I can view the shoutbox as a guest but the option to actually post a shout isnt there. Am i missing a step in allowing guest to post?
Also, I figured id ask this here instead of creating a new thread but as far as the "Sticky" message. How can I change the color of the font within the message? I tried html code but that didnt work. Do I have to use BB code? Just curious as to how to do that. Thanks.
