Question Add New Row Tab

I was trying to add another row navbar and had Enable Second Navbar: Yes but it didn't show.
Please help.

Please look at attached image I have the Tab ID 18 setup the same as 17 just different address (http://www.tab17.com and http://www.tab18.com)but when click on the tap it only shows my forum home page not the site I want to.

If you look at that screenshot tab 17 has a url above target =_blank, but their is no url above that for tab 18. Ensure you entered something in the field "URL To Tab"
