Bug quiz shdnt be visible unless i finish adding question and complete it

i've just passed through create quiz page and i've not started even yet of adding questions and it's showing quiz in listing to users.

it shd be visible only after i finish adding questions.

You could set the start date to tomorrow and set it to hidden until start. I left it that way for admins that wanted users to see the quizzes in anticipation. They cannot take the quiz until it is active.
If you want the option to just hide all quizzes that are not active I can add it to the feature request list.
