Question Where is the 404 setting

Thanks but its not working outside the forum folder. Ive tried both of the below and it still only works on the forums. I put 404.php in both the forum folder and root to test both.

/home/p16t2ugb/public_html/forum/404.php
/home/p16t2ugb/public_html/404.php

And the error I get

The requested URL /xxxxxx was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 
That's because DBSEO doesn't run outside the forum folder. I have applied an ErrorDocument directive to your .htaccess file in the root folder.
