I have YES on "Enable Persistent SEO URLs"

That log is regenerated every x time or I need drop the table manually to clean of these urls?

By the way which is the name of this table, I'm curious to know their size because I have over millon threads

It only caches threads that are actually visited. Clearing the system cache in the DBSEO CP will also reset it.
