Bug Users On Moderation

When a user who is on post moderation quotes another user, the quoted user receives a notification that he/she was quoted but then they cannot see it until the post is approved by a moderator. Is there anything that can be done to make it so they won't receive a notification until the post is approved?

Unfortunately I don't believe this can be fixed

I don't believe there are hooks available in all areas dealing with post moderation, so we'd be stuck with notifs that never show up instead.

However, the Pro version has an Exclude feature, meaning you can exclude users under moderation. That way, they won't generate a notification
