Question username drop down menu gone after upgrade?

I updated to 5.4.5 and noticed that the drop down menu is gone when clicking on a member's name. How can I re-enable this?

I got it so when you click it, it goes to the user profile. But I'd like the drop downs back...

You need to make sure usergroups have Enable Context Menu ticked in Instance Permissions

No, there's also a global switch among the other settings. It was left off by default (and set to off when options changed to per-instance) for performance reasons

No, I turned that on too. So that is on and the usergroups are ticked...any other settings?

No, those are the only two settings and I see the context menu working fine on the 3 vB3.8 test sites I have access to...

Can you try it on a default (unmodified) skin?

Looks like it works with default.

Try reverting any customisations to vBShout templates in your custom skin, then manually re-edit them to achieve the effect you want but without breaking things

Fun times! Thanks...should be able to track it down. As a suggestion...(I can submit this separately under a feature request thread)...my "customizations" that are probably breaking it is I have the menu close option at the top of the drop down as a little x graphic and the @ username at the top of the drop down for quicker access since my members use that button a lot more than the others on the menu.

Got it working again with customizations in place...the menu ID in that template changed which was breaking it.
