Legacy Usergroup permissions for feature access

The "Exclude user group" setting does not seem to work properly. When I enable that for a user group, they do not receive notifications when they are tagged but they are still able to use the @ tags. Id like to set it so that they cannot use the @ tagging.

That's working as designed - it was only designed to work on receiving, not sending. Sorry

I believe there's already a ticket in to have it changed, but I'll rename this thread and change it to a Feature Request just to be double certain it's in the system
